My Greatest Show by Modern Dissent
Well, it has taken many months. As a matter of fact it has taken more than a year. But Modern Dissent’s new CD “My Greatest Show” is finished! I was looking at some old posts to see when we started recording and found this one dated October 27th, 2009. But good things sometimes take a long time.
When we actually were in the studio laying down tracks it went very smooth overall. There were very few instrumental parts that took multiple sessions to record and once we got some basic settings down we were able to record fairly quickly. Vocals were a bit of a challenge at some points but those still went down fairly easily considering this was Bob’s first time recording lead vocals.
All in all we are VERY happy with how everything turned out. The overall sound quality is a step up from our first CD and we hope you will be as blessed listing to our CD as we have been recording it.
